RENTALS:  We deal with many reputable rental companies in the area. Call us for tent, table, chair, and other rental needs. We normally add 15% to all rental invoices.

BEER AND WINE:  We regularly arrange for alcoholic beverages. Call for details.

PAYMENT:  Payment is generally due on the day of your event, before we begin to cook your food. Company checks are fine on the day of the event. Visa, MC, Discover and Amex are accepted, but we need your number 7 days before your event. Personal checks are accepted, but we must have them 10 days before your event. Call our billing office with any questions about payment.

FOOD QUANTITIES:  Over the years we have developed methods for determining the proper amount of food to bring to your event. It is our job to make sure that your guests have enough to eat. However, our picnic buffets are not "all you can eat," and if you believe your guests are extremely big eaters, let us know and we'll make arrangements to make sure you and your guests are satisfied.

WE COOK ALL FOOD ON SITE:  Unlike some other caterers who precook food elsewhere, we always grill food at your party.

LEFTOVERS:  We will be happy to leave any cooked food after we close the buffet. We will not leave salads or any other highly perishable food.

LONG DISTANCE TRAVEL:  We will charge for travel outside of Milwaukee County for certain locations.

SERVICE CHARGES:  For groups of 100 or more, we do not impose service charges or set up fees for our standard one hour buffet serving. If you wish to have your buffet open longer, please call for rates. An 18% service charge will be added to all food delivered to a private residence. Extra charges may apply on holidays or for difficult deliveries.

GRATUITY:  WE NEVER REQUIRE GRATUITIES. If you wish to reward our staff for superior service, they will greatly appreciate it.
