- Call or e-mail KNG BBQ immediately at 414-218-2832 to reserve your date. We will temporarily hold your date for 5 calendar days from the date of your phone call.
- Send us a deposit to permanently reserve your date. We require 1.00 per guest as a preliminary deposit for corporate events and 2.00 per person for social events. If we need to get permits or licenses for you, this amount will increase. Of course your deposit will be applied to your final bill. All deposits are non refundable.
- Call or e-mail us to discuss the preliminary details of your event. At this time, we'll ask about the place, time, menus, and other details.
- About a month before your event, when you call or e-mail us and let us know your preliminary number of guests. we will finalize menu choices and rental needs, write a contract, and mail or fax it to you. At this time, you should also make final payment arrangements.
- 7 days before your event, you must call us and give us the final count of guests to be at your event. At this time you can no longer subtract guests, but you may still add up to the day before your event.
